Steven-Rastigue

Dr. Steven Rastigue

I was born in 1964 at Fort Benning Georgia where my father, Dr. Frank Rastigue, served as a dentist in the Army. We moved to Mt. Clemens when I was 2 years old. I attended L.Wade Fast Elementary School, Seminal Middle School and spent my freshman year at Mt. Clemens High School. Upon moving to Harrison Twp. In 1980, I attended and graduated from L' Anse Creuse High School in 1983. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer Indiana and graduated from the University of Detroit in 1993 with my dental degree.

I have been married to Kim my high school sweetheart, for 25 years and have one son, Jack. I am blessed to have a healthy family and a hard working and devoted staff. We look forward to providing our patients with the highest service, and teaching them how to prevent future costs. We advise regular visits with our hygienists.

Frank-Rastigue

Dr. Frank Rastigue

Our family has been in Mt. Clemens over one hundred years.

In 1924, Mt. Clemens High School won the class A state football championship my father George, was the quarterback.

In 1932, my mother Martha Thomas was the 1st Miss Mount Clemens.

In 1956, I graduated from St. Mary's High School. In 1960, I graduated from St. Joseph College in Indiana, with a B.S. degree a double major in biology and chemistry.

In 1964, I earned my D.D.S. degree from Loyola University in Chicago. Four years later I gained membership in Phi Betta Kappa, and was recognized as the top clinician in my class being awarded the operative dentistry distinction.

In 1966, I completed two years in the U.S. Army as a Captain.

Married in 1961 to my life partner Judy Amon, Vice President of her class at Southeastern High School, blessed with three children, Lisa, Dr. Steven, and John. The best form of advertising is word of mouth. We are clinicians first, since 1966.

Jenni

Hygienist

Hygienist, attended Oakland Community College graduating in 1996, Jenni has been with Rastigue Dental Care since 1988. Jenni started working as a dental assistant while attending Mt. Clemens High School. Jenni, practices dental hygiene and teaches exercise classes part time. Jenni's interests are dental health education, exercising and love of books.

Hygienist, April loves meeting new patients and strives to make each person feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. I am very fortunate to work for an outstanding doctor and staff who individualize each patient and put their best interest first. April enjoys kayaking with her high school sweetheart/husband of 30 years and taking long walks with her dog Riley.

Melissa

Dental Assistant

Dental assistant/patient coordinator. Was welcomed into Rastigue Dental Care over 10 years ago. Melissa participated in Lake Shores High Dental Assistant program for 2 years completing with a dental assistant certificate in 2007. Graduated from East Detroit High School, Melissa enjoys outdoors and being around family.

Brenda

Office Receptionist

Front office reception and office management, Brenda joined our team in 2014. Brenda began her dental career 25 years ago when she first met Dr. Steven and Dr. Frank Rastigue. Brenda enjoys all outdoor activities especially gardening, muscle cars, car shows, also cooking. She loves spending time with her family.

Sockha

Dental Assistant

Lead dental assistant/patient coordinator, highly trained dental assistant, started working at Rastigue Dental Care in 2002. Sockha enjoys a healthy lifestyle boating and working out. She has 2 dogs that keep her busy.
